We frame job descriptions at RTS as a set of problems we want to solve versus a set of requirements. We're a startup, which means we don't have all of the answers today and like any startup, we don't know the final form of our business yet. Justin TV became Social Cam and then became Twitch - we will go through our own evolution. We do know that our business is going to be talent-focused and then defined by the products and projects we take on with our talent.

  • How can we streamline and ensure the timely delivery of our internal and customer-facing projects?
    • What strategies can we employ to identify and align the needs of all stakeholders?
    • How do we enhance communication with project stakeholders information regarding project status, issues, and questions in a timely fashion?
    • How can we develop robust management practices for effective collaboration with subcontractors and agencies?
    • How do we balance multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities and timelines while maintaining high-quality deliverables?
  • What methods do we use to ensure relevant stakeholders understand and are aligned with the current status of all projects?
    • How should we track project performance (Clickup, Asana, Trello, etc.) to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals?
    • What is the best way to communicate project changes to relevant stakeholders?
    • How do we establish mechanisms to identify and learn from our mistakes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement?
  • How do we ensure that every client becomes an enthusiastic advocate of our company and work?
    • How do we monitor and manage project budgets and expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility?
    • How do we foster a culture of open communication and innovative thinking to enhance client product offerings?
  • How do we grow and expand the role of this position in the company?

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to coordinate project activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an extremely strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Including Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Prior project management or related experience
  • Event management experience a plus
  • Sales Agency experience a plus
  • Video game industry experience a plus
  • Passion for fighting game genre and community a plus
